91 days and no PMO

It feels great, I feel like I rewired a little bit. I don't feel like I made massive progress but I'm making progress.

I don't feel bad or feel great either. In this journey I feel like I learned tons about myself and nofap.

Lately I feel like my urges are coming back. I'm lacking some love in my life, I feel like my girl has been quite distant recently. She is going back to Thailand in September and I have a feeling, she doesn't really see a future. All I want is to chat and give her a hug, I just want a loving connection. It's a new relationship, so I have to wait and see.

When you feel lonely or empty, these urges comes back. I feel strong urges through out the night yesterday. I still feel them today and my mind is hijacked by porn images. I still feel these urges hitting me quite strong.

I feel like I might have to accept these urges through out my life. It might be a part of me.

My next aim is an other 90 days : )
