90 days target hit!

since 2017 when I started this addiction... It's become So part of me that I seem not to be able to do without it..
it's been causing a lot of drawbacks and wicked damages to me .
well.. To God be the glory... Found about NoFap early this year and been fighting the monster. Been falling and falling and then.. I can say proudly for the past three months now.. I've been in control!
it's a day by day battle.. It ain't easy at all and I really really don't want to go back to this scam.
I now have a bit of confidence although I still suffer from PE which I believe would soon be a yesterday thing.
