90 days of no PM

    Hey guys. I wanted to share my journey in the 90 days of no PM. It seems like the more that I want to get away from that life, the more that I think about it and end up doing it.
    So, I thought that sharing my urges and my pains with a little bit of support from the NoFap community would help me get better at it. I have a girlfriend, that I usually see on the weekends, and I am doing this for me, but even more for her. I want to be a better boyfriend, and hopefully in the future a better husband and dad.
    This is why I intend to start my journey and it is also my motivation. I also know that seeing her on the weekends and having sex makes it harder for my body for the dopamine it releases, but as of right now I think I will stick with the no PM and see how it goes from here.

    It's very normal to feel the extreme urges during this challenge and the only way out is through it. Good luck!

    Day #1. Solid start of the journey.
    No urges or bad moments through the day. I was pretty busy with a lot of classes as well as a job interview. Later on the day I went to workout. After working out I watched some TV instead of being in my room alone with my laptop. I feel like one of my triggers is just being bored in my computer, so if I can eliminate that time or at least reduce it to a minimum, it will be much better.
    Tomorrow will be an extremely busy day, so I expect it to be another solid day. I know starting from day 3 is when things get tougher for me.

    Days #2 and #3. Great days.
    Days that you are busy are great in terms of not spending time alone at home. I had two interviews which went really well as well as other meetings with my team on a project that we are working on. Last night I fell asleep as I was extremely tired right after working out. I am very happy with the first three days and feel stronger, but know that now when the weekend starts it gets tougher.
    Writing the journal and staying away from the laptop as well as watching Youtube a little less is helping me a lot. I plan on keep doing the same and keep feeling strong as tougher days come by.

    Day #4. Keep going strong. Working out is helping me a lot, and I feel like I have more energy than what I used to. For me the key is to not be bored on my laptop. Everything else gets much easier when I do not do that.
    I used to have a lot more doubts on myself on whether I was capable to do this or not, but I feel more capable of doing so now.
