Yeah, I sure know what you mean, I relapsed so many times, there even was a point that I didn't even cared anymore. I was like, screw it im gonna watch it for the rest of my life! The only "good" thing now is that you know how frustrating it is to relapse, just really try to remember! Lucky were not alone, and together we're going to beat this fucked up addiction!

Hi guys. I'm so over PMO. I want to dedicate my sexual energy to my partner. She is away at the moment and I went on a porn binge for a few days which left me feeling so low. I have a mood disorder (bipolar 2) which complicates things though it is not an excuse. I realise I use PMO as an escape and comfort. I'm determined to find healthy ways to feel good.

  8. Keep going @The 1000 Water Fists! I totally agree with you @Erwin. I had many times when I fell, but I kept picking myself and dusting myself off, resolving to keep going no matter how painful the scars on my knees felt. Because the scars heal, and my soul and spirit was forged in the cauldron of suffering that was my anxiety, depression and acting out.

I love your passion for yourself @Ray_Smith: my recovery is based on self love.

Welcome on board @lucky Luciano! Very happy to see you here.

And I agree @Flossy Carter - NoFap RULES!!!

Keep up the great work everybody :)

Sorry guys that I didn't report anything.
I'm doing well. P is not in my mind. Sometimes in deep conversations about how much it has given to me the model for make sex. I think some kind. As well I believe doesn't have much influence but it is real sad to recognize that one day, in the past, P gave to me the model how to relate a girl. That's sad!
A real woman suffer the consequences of that. :(
What do you think about guys?

  10. @lend: whilst over use of P does rewire our brain, if we stop using it, then over time our brain will rewire back to healthy ways of thinking and being. I'm creating myself as a living laboratory for this: and it's working! I've not fantasised about my fetish whilst I'm with a woman since I gave up P and M.

    There is hope! :)

Dam is hard I was so used to shooting a blank before sleep and I'm only 21 hours in

  14. I'm in on this! Tried the 90 days reboot before but didn't last up to 3 weeks but I believe doing it as a team will help a lot!
    I'm really excited to begin.

  15. @Chimdi BAM - welcome on board! It is great to be feeling that we are together on this. When I feel triggered, I come to NoFap and post: it's an amazing resource.

@Ruger503 - thanks for the honest and vulnerable sharing. It's not easy, but it's worth it! Keep going brother! :)

  16. Just had a momentary temptation to use Twitter to look for some P. So that's why I'm here now! NoFap is such an amazing resource, and I'm so grateful that it is here to support me.

Would love to hear from you all on how your doing?!

Interestingly enough, browsing reddit for an answer to a question of mine came up with some P type results... I clicked, however was able to divert away to other things after a relatively short period and I am good again. Doing great now! You? Its a gorgeous summer day out!

Hence why I find myself here currently.

  18. @8BitsOfStuggling well done on diverting. It's night time here in the UK... which is why I'm now diverting myself to a restful sleep time!

    Stay well :)

  19. I'm experiencing feelings of sadness today. In the past that would have led me to turning to P. Not now. Now I just sit with these emotions and like clouds I know they will pass. I don't need to self medicate with P, to try to make myself better, I can love myself unconditionally even tho I'm not feeling great.

It is times like these when it is important for me to connect with how I am a beautiful and whole person, who is loved and loving.

Thank you NoFap for giving me the opportunity to share. Thank you for reading. And thank you universe for giving me this opportunity to live and breath and experience.

P for a temporary "high" or medication, is about as effective as WebMD. 0/1000 doctors recommend. In our case, 0/1000 fapstranauts recommend! Stay strong!
