Hi Guys, I reached my 80th day today. I feel more sex drive last few days and I have sex dreams more often. I have a hard wood even at night and it wakes me up. Today 85th PMO day. Today I realized how addicted to P I'm and how difficult is to stop watching it. Fortunately i have even more motivation to build an amazing relationship and this is more important. It is very hard now because I have huge erections when I sleep and then I'm awake. I think about sex very often and almost all my dreams are a sex dreams. I chat with a girl and she send me pictures of her tattoo. It was nothing sexual only part of naked body but I was not able to focus whole day and had a huge erection. What has changed last few days ? Aggression level is veryyyy high, dont know why it is like this, maybe because I dont smoke weed anymore, maybe because I have a brake from my muay thai trainings, or maybe higher testosterone level now. However most important is that i can have an erection when i think about sex, what is great. 5 days to go and I will do everything to to be even stronger.
Time for 90 days challenge summary: Mood - finally i feel much better and smile much more, bad days are very rarely. Sex drive - I need to say that it is difficult not to look at hot girls, for sure huge improvement. PIED - I tested myself using Brainofporn test and i was able to make myself hard. When i started my journey I was not able to do it. Huge progress, I think I need little more time to get erection even faster. Anxiety - very rarely and short Sex dreams - very often Wet dreams - never Aggression - much more, I don't feel fear. Very strange Confidence - Huge improvement Urges - I can control it I will continue PM program but I want to reset my counter because of O, hope soon
@Varg congratulations on making it to 90 days, that's an incredible achievement and it sounds like it has done a lot of good for you! I am just wondering, what is the brainofporn test? I too am nearing 90 days, feel like I'm out of the flatline and will be returning to dating women soon, but nervous as it has been a little while.

I felt very good after when I cut my carbs. This is a diet for a few months only for me, later i feel bad and had to return to carbs (six pack is still visible). I can and I could control my urges almost all the time. Avoiding PMO is now most important, focus on it.
Ok, but I won’t do low carb. I try to eat and life the way, that my libido is low! My self control is not as strong as I wished

Good to hear it Most important is to avoid situations when you are alone with access to internet. I spent many hours at work everyday and returned home at evening. Good to find a hobby or something what will help you to forget about PMO. Do you have any withdrawals symptoms ?
