90 days free PMO and beggining of a new awesome Life!!!

Hi my name is Giovanie I am 25yrs old, I started PMO at age 8,went from magazines to tv to videos then highspeed internet porn,then pretty much became a social outcast and made my room into my cave and assylum, pretty much a loner, depressed all time, just went straight from school to work and home never really wanted to socialize or be out with people, playing videogames all time and being on internet not even socializing with my family, if this sounds like you keep reading your life is about to change!. I said to myself something has to change and eventually after many years of PMO i began to look for benefits of not masturbating, thats when i found nofap the rest is history here is my 90 day report of the awesomeness that has happened in my life since i began NoFap challenge and decided to stop PMO forever!!. I am not gonna focus or write much about the bad stuff because i know when i was recovering in early stages all i was looking for was positive success stories to help and motivate me, just know that this process really sucks in the beginning, you have to be willing to go thru hell and survive to recover this addiction but believe me it is worth it. moments & seconds of PMO pleasure cannot compare with the awesomeness of NoFap and staying clean,! heres my 90 report

You have to realize that the main purpose for this NoFap challenge is to 1# make you into the man that youve always meant to be. 2# make you stop chasing pussy, PMO and have women chase you, because thats the way it should really be. 3# get your life together and make your purpose on earth clear to begin to have a awesome fulling life.
since i began the challenge my skin has gotten a lot clear, my facial hair has grown faster thicker, my hair looks better, i began working out a few days a week and ive gotten alot more muscular in muscle tone and size bigger, more defined arms, shoulders, neck, ive started getting abs, sstronger fore arms, started doing max of 40 pull ups, i have alot more stamina while i work out. and the ladies have definately noticed this at my college. Ive gotten several hard stares from women everything from young ladies to cougars giving me that "look" of sexual attraction. Ive also began playing one of the two most difficult styles of guitar in the world, classical and flamenco, which leads me to say that music sounds so much better and you actually get to harmonize with it especially if you begin playing a musical instrument, i began reading, writting music, playing classical and flamenco taking guitar lessons, which has guided me to pursue my new passion in life music, i applied to conservatory of music and begin next fall, i have succeeded in college and i am 3 weeks from earning my associates degree in Business Administration. Ive gotten better at school stuff, began understanding math more, i am able to have more patience and focus more during school and helps too with the music. I started going out to social events more, i got invited to two weddings, one of the weddings, i went out with "TWO"!!!smoking hot girls,one was 21 and other 20 this was like day 60 or so, and i during the wedding i took out both of them dancing, i didnt give a dam if i looked like a fool out there cuz i really dnt know how to dance, but thats how confident ive became since nofap. during the wedding one of those hot girls began getting a close and touchy with me( the 21 year old) so we began talking and flirting after dancing, she began holding my hand, hugging me. after the wedding i took her home and as i dropped her off at her front door, i got nervous and was about to say goodnight and leave with out kissing her, but then i said to my self, No i am not the old me anymore i am changing and getting better, so after i hugged her instead of saying goodnight and bye, i took out my cell phone i put on a slow country jam by Keith Urban and i asked her for slow dance, right there in front of her house, she smiled and said yes! we began dancing and then she put on one slow jam she liked and after that we began kissing, making out, for a few minutes, she told me call me and i said "I will" after that day we began talking more and more and getting to know each other better, Then we began dating and started getting serious and on this date of 90 day report we have been together for one month and had sex 4 times in one week (btw i took her virginty!, first couple times of sex were difficult because she was really tight but after the third time it was more pleasurable. a few days ago she revealed to me that in the beginning of us dating when she first saw me, she was highly sexually attracted to me and could resist but to come over to me, which btw she came to me instead of me chasing after her. so thats goign good. Now at the second wedding i went to, i didnt take my girlfriend but it turned out to be awesome i ended up being the bartender at the wedding and socializing with alot of people and making new friends. Also since i began playing guitar ive have met alot new cool people who also play guitar and wow the guitar is like a chick magnet at my college ive had several girls come up to me and introduce themselves to me and flirt with me, about 2 weeks ago i had a beautiful girl come up to me ,as i was playing guitar under a tree at break, and she introduce herself to me and began flirting with me and invited me out to the movies with her and a group of other girls from college, unfortunately i had to say "no" i have a girlfriend lol" but she always says hi to me at school. Also i began serving at my local church, reading the gospel during mass and i am excited to start playing guitar in the choir once i get good enough. I also began reading alot more books, i stopped watching Tv, ive began going out alot with my girl.I also began going outdoors alot, mountain biking, swimming outdoors and going to small social events meeting new people.i have alot more confidence, i feel really alive, my eyes have that little twinkle of "i am alive" instead of dead look from PMO all time. i enjoy spending time around people now and family and friends, especially little kids and old people, which leads me to say, i recently bought a new jacket and i accidently ripped it and took it to a sewing place in town, there i met this wonderful old lady, so last thursday when i went to pick up my jacket, i took my guitar and serenaded her and the owner of the shop's wife, they were very happy and she gave me business card to her son's business he sells suits. Ive also began networking with people like crazy, and i also was part of my college's board meeting presentation for prospective employers, it went awesome! met new people and got couple job offers. Oh also my Porn induced ED went away after like the second time i had sex with my new girl, which i completely told her about NoFap and that i was recovering, she was totally cool about it!!, i was schocked. now i wake up in the mornings with crazy rock hard erections and when i do see my girl, a few touches and kisses from her get me hard erection, hmm what else? , i sleep better, i no longer feel depressed, my mind feels clear of negativity, i still get temptations to PMO but it is very easy to let them pass and move on thru my day. my voice is more clear and deeper, i began meditating alot more and taking cold showers which really helps in this process, i have better intuition on things, i also left my old job and looking for new one, i feel opulant, optimistic, positive, ready to take on the world and its daily challenges, I NO LONGER LIVE IN THE PAST OR FUTURE BUT ONLY PRESENT MOMENT!!!!


All i can say is if you ended up on this website and your reading this!! dont give up!!!, there is light at the end of the tunnel and better days are coming, before i got here believe me i went thru hell and got rejected by girls more times than i used to masturbate in one day lol, im not sure if i have fully recovered but i do know is that PMO is no longer part of my life and i will never go back and i know ive made alot of progress.
