Decided to start my own thread because I want to get serious about this and have a place to return to Daily. I am a spiritual liberal meaning I use many different paths to God (Whatever works in the moment) I usually switch God names or mantras depending on my diet (vegan, sad diet, ketogenic, bulletproof) the thing is I don't stick to things for too long anymore, I have been getting better now that I'm on a psych med. My mental health issues stemmed from PMO and that led to drug use which got me hospitalized multiple times. My psychiatrist says it doesn't make a difference "biologically" but I think she's ignorant. It's my belief and personal experience that PMO leads to physical and spiritual detriment. So I'm trying to quit for good starting with 90 days in hopes of gaining a better life, mind, body, and soul. Got some running shoes for Christmas and a bunch of great books. So I'm gaining alternatives and for that I have gratitude.

Day 7 still no urges despite somewhat sexual dreams. Went to the gym yesterday after a run. I'm getting a new routine am currently reading the Gnostic Bible. Feel free to track your progress here and share your story, I'm going to at least 90 days.
Day 8, had a dream of my friend posing nude but that won't trigger me, I accept nude females without lusting for them now. I won't go out of my way to look for them like I used too but if they arrive with me no problem.
Day 10 had a wet dream last night... but today I talked to a girl i had been intimate with before but nothing serious happened because we were both partiers. I'm gonna go to alcoholics anonymous with her tomorrow.
Day 4 of No PMO, had to start over because I was looking at nudes, it's a lot harder. No beautiful women just a click away. I find maybe 1 or 2 and they have issues. Gonna hang out with this old woman and go to an AA meeting. Maybe if I get a job I can travel around and find more women to meet in person.
