    Hello All
I am new to the forum. long time P addict (no shame here in being honest). I Quit PMO completely exactly 105days ago when i realized that i have PIED. I am going strong as of today. Have tried nofap many times in past and always failed but this time i have a belief that i have quit it for ever. its been difficult journey but i am proud where i am today. Dealt with many days where urges were super strong but i didnt give up. Happy to support if you are struggling to continue your streak.
For all who are fighting it out my message is that dont give up and dont let your urges take control of your mind.

The main strategy is having the understanding that it's easy to eliminate than to avoid. When you have strong urge and your mind tells you to go to porn you should realise that moment and go to a place where you dont get easy access to porn. Dont sit alone especially if you have internet and a device. Go out to a public place or to friends or to family or anyplace where you are not alone. Everytime you feel that you are going to give up imagine vividly that your tool not getting hard and its limp for rest of your life. Put that imagery along with your thoughts to watch porn everytime. Create that fear in mind so that porn get a repulsive feeling in your brain. Eliminate everything that makes porn easy to access. Buy a basic phone. Ask your friend to put child lock in your laptop or control the time you can use it. Again never be alone with access to internet and device.

    Hi there!
Sorry I haven't checked in for so long.
I thank God that the counter is actually correct. Last time I posted, it was one of those "critical days" for me (which happens around the 23 day mark). I knew that after that day, I'd be busy for a while and it would be easier to avoid filth.
Ever since I got past that day, the rest became relatively much easier. The urges didn't entirely stop; it would still certainly come along, but being in control of things became much easier.
I really would love to give a magic recipe to tell you how it happened, but that's all it really was. I fell many times before this on around the same day (some day which is recognized as a critical day), but I kept at it and eventually went beyond it.
It makes things particularly easier when you know you're going to be busy for a time, and you want to avoid the filth until that "easier time" where it becomes easy to avoid it.
Lastly, we're not aiming for high scores. The psychology of the matter shouldn't be "I want to stay away from the filth for as long as possible"; it should be "I have quit the filth, full stop."
I sincerely wish you all the very best, may God guide you and strengthen you through your struggles.

PS: I also want to specifically thank @Soldado_De_Dios as well as others here, who continue to be active here and have been a great support, I wish you all the best!
    Onwards!

The urges have not been extreme yet. Grateful for NoFap, it has been the only way I have built time away from PMO.
