Had a lovely walk in the windy tundra to start my day. Feeling very refocused and healthy

day 5, Winter mode and some sports. I am still very nervous and have problems to concentrate at work, but my mood gets better in evening and just perfect in the early morning.

Hi guys I am trying my best for the streaks. Right now I am at the end of day 5/90. All these days before this streak I did steaks of 2 Days each and even no days also. But I didn't lose my goal NOFAP. I am happy seeing you guys doing great all the time when I was not here. Keep it up guys. Cheers

Holy NoFaps - 70 days. When I first set out 90 days seemed daunting. Now it's just 20 days away and I've since joined the 10% challenge which has me now going for over 1300 days. All I can say is, apart from THANK YOU, is the level of clarity and productivity that has come into my life from this has been a huge reward. Being in this community quite frankly is an honor. Thanks all for your likes and motivational atta-boys along the way. As said before I don't doubt the temptations will come but I really feel like I'm making huge progress. If nothing else I'm feeling prouder of myself than ever before instead of hiding behind a secret life.
