when you peak you´re telling yourself you can have a little snack. then you may shut down the browser. but can you shut down your mind? can you forget what you saw?

so please engage in totally different activities. all the time you spent with PM, make a 180º shift and engage in totally different activities, do what you love, what your passionate about. live Life

All right then .my target is 100 days of no pmo.

 

Day 2 ended successfully, although I was alone in the house, I managed to keep myself busy working or watching funny videos. Not the best way to spend my time, but I didn't PMO. So proud of myself

Thank you so much for the awesome tips...in the past, peaking has been my downfall. So you are on point my brother. I didnt peak today and spent the day doing yard work, meditation, and playing my dizi so I am making progress. It was a good day. Thank you for the words of encouragement.

Haha, I started strong but the initial rush has finally fizzled out. I could have been 14 days by now, sheesh! Now since I’ve messed up a few times to remind me I’m not invincible, the real work begins. Looks like the journaling needs to be a regular thing. On it!
