Day 2 ongoing. I had a really really hard time this morning. Felt tired, unmotivated, and big urge to give up. I didn't tho. But it's kinda scary what it can do to me in less than 48h..

Staying humble. This affliction is subtle and powerful.

Cold shower this morning took the edge off. I could feel my body and particularly my groins were hot. Cold shower for the win! haha not today ballsack.
