Day 29, almost 1/3 of the challenge. These days were all messed up, sometimes feeling well, sometimes depressed but it's a change, I don't feel the urge to watch porn anymore.
Day 10/90 Got myself busy with all kind of campaign activity... Need to start to read some books now haha...
Going to do this, but I feel like I should ween myself a little bit before committing. I've been PMOing days in a row now, much more frequent than I have in awhile, and I feel like it's going to be harder (and my irritability and depression will be more intense) if I go straight cold turkey at this point. I dunno.
Day 8 - Feeling frustrated as fuck but try to cope with it. fapping is not an option and it soon will become better again. #staystrong
