Day 0! I am trying to not think about the scenes I watched, but they kind of like dragging me to that poisonous stuff! Do you have the same experience? And I also started to abstain from coffee since it make me feel more alert and exciting which usually make things worse. If I can make it today, I will post "Day 1" tomorrow.
Day 3/90. Today I did a small trip with friends and it helped a lot. Right now I'm back home and I'm alone, but I'm not thinking about PMO, it seems a miracle. Best wishes to you all guys !!
Day 26 was yesterday and it was good me and my wife played games and enjoyed each others company. Today is day 27 plan is to go to the gym and hangout afterwards. Been reading atomic habits as well its a good read! Might help anyone who is struggling with their identity on here
