Day 2 completed successfully Day 3- Todo list Sleep at 10:30 pm - today (Very important) -done Wake up at 7:00 am - done Workout -done No Social media (whatts app only to check messages once in the morning) -not done Phone(only for calls, teams, gmail, outlook) and strictly no other apps -not done Coffee only twice a day - not done Need to be self disciplined, still some above check list can't followed. I suppose you can look at it as 'hard' but the way I try to look at it now is learning to live with certain mental states and emotions without using PMO in response. For example, if i'm feeling aroused i try to be like 'oh, it's that again'. Yes it is difficult. There's a part of me that wants to open up the laptop and start PMO but I'm trying to learn to be with it. Also if i'm feeling a bit down and need a boost, again i'm trying to just look at it and be like 'oh it's this again'. This too shall pass
