46/90 I plan to get a gym member next week so now I plan my gym routine and new diet (budget also) to match my lifestyle.
Day 43. My SO and I have had a good couple of days. No urges really accept for one that was brought on by my SO unintentionally. I let it pass and did just fine.
Relapsed after a good streak, day 2 have to stay mindful and attribute cravings to wants and not needs.
