8/90 it’s been a tough day
When I’ve been in that place where I feel strong urges, almost overwhelming, I kept hitting the “panic button”....over...and over...and over...keep coming back, don’t give up
51 days done, keep going everyone, don’t give up, hang in there, all urges will eventually pass...good luck
I will complete this challenge no more whining.
Day 30 still feels like no libido. But im more awake at night though

RELAPSED! Day 0. I didn't workout today. Might have something to do with it...

That might be one of the reasons. But that's not the only one. Identify what reality you're escaping from( mostly this happens in my case). Stay strong buddy. Don't binge. Just a bump in the road.
that's right mate. Urges never lasts more than 30 mins ( max). Just ignore it. That's the easy route.

Day 4/90. I want to keep seeing this counter go up! I'm preparing myself for tomorrow, because I've failed the last two Wednesdays and would like to break that pattern this week.
good analysis. well, the thing is that immediate, free, easy contact with Porn is gonna cause a lot of damage to young people. in the past there was a lot of control on videoclubs and stuff about porn/eroticism. precisely because it´s material too hardcore to be shown to a developing brain, it´s "adult content".
what we can see now is that internet porn is available to all people, and it´s becoming a silent plague across the world with the risk of developing addictions increasing as the exposure continues.
as for an advice, don´t watch any erotic/pornographic content. i know it´s hard but try your best. when you watch sexual content your still flooding your brain with sexual stimulation, you´re not rewiring and you´re taking firm steps towards a relapse.
