Have you ever tried taking high dose Vitamin B6?

  2. Do you still have sexual/fantasy thoughts? I know some people still have PIED after quitting porn because continues with fantasizing which reforces the same neural circuits in the brain. As you know your brain doesn't knos what is real or imaginated.

  3. My longest period without orgasm was about 2 months and about 1 week.
On the last day of this period I felt what I hadn't felt for years ... life in my dick ... It was like before I didn't feel as lifeless as usual. My girlfriend visited me and of course I had sex ... and it s all over.
For me, sildenafil helps a lot, but once it's really ok, other times it barely works even with the maximum dose. It's very interesting what happened to sildenafil in my case. The first time I used 50 mg, I felt my cock crack 110% erection, I reduced the dose to about 30 mg, it worked very well for a few weeks. Of course I started having sex every day, I thought I found the solution, 3 orgasms a day ... then it started to have no effect and after 3-4 weeks even with the maximum dose it barely worked.
I had to stop just not working anymore ... I took a break for about a month and it worked again but with a dose of at least 50-70 mg. That's how a year passed with sex 2-3 times a week but it was too much, last year it didn't work even with 100 mg.I took a break again for about 1 month and it started working again with the 100mg dose, sex 1-2 times a week.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, ed drugs does nothing but exhaust you even better, and the fact that at some point it doesn't work at all happens due to the total exhaustion of sexual energy.
I agree with your theory of orgasm during the flatline period.
Moreover, I think I have the explanation ... all of us who have erection problems due to pmo, have taught our brains with something that is not in its place ... orgasm with soft dick !!! Our brain has learned this and considers that an erection is not necessary for orgasm, so it disconnected the system and took it out of the equation. The brain just wants an orgasm, hi wants dopamine.Whenever you have an orgasm with a soft or semi-direct dick, do nothing but strengthen, train.. the defective circuits in your brain, as no erection is needed for orgasm. It is also valid when you use ed drugs, in fact without them your dick is soft erection is not a natural one is maintained only by drugs.
Lately I have reduced the sex to 1 per week, even less once. Another strange phenomenon occurred, most of my life I had delayed ejaculation because of pmo, took fantasies during sex to reach orgasm but no erection problem until 4 years ago.
Now that I have rare sex, I struggle not to ejaculate, I just start having sex and he wants to ejaculate very quickly even with a soft dick my brain want orgasm !!
I would like to try a period of at least 6 months without orgasm ... but I don't know how I can do this with my girlfriend.

    Update

So for the last 6 months I have focused on optimising my hormones. I have successfully lowered my oestrogen from 112 nmol/L to 96 pmol/L(41-159), increased my testosterone from 21.7 nmol/L to 22 nmol/L (8.64-29), lowered my SHBG to 50.5 nmol/L (18.3-54.1), and finally increased my free testosterone from 0.33 nmol/L to 0.358 nmol/L (0.2-0.62). I have felt zero improvement in my libido/ED issues despite my increases and everything being in range now, which conforms to me that my hormones aren’t the issue and have never been. I will still continue naturally optimising my hormones for the purpose of health and well being though. I have also spent considerable times on TRT forums learning about this matter and there are many guys who’ve gone on TRT to become “optimised” and found no improvement in their libido. Studies show that TRT is hit and miss for libido/ED issues, especially above the 8-12 nmol/L mark, which seems to be the range where libido is affected by low T, which I am way above. My loss of libido happened right after I quit porn. For the first year I continued to masturbate without porn stupidly, until I eventually cut that out too. After I quit masturbation I experienced a month or so of libido where I couldn’t make it past seven days without relapsing to MO. Eventually my libido died completely and I haven’t felt it since (9 years. This is a classic case of post acute withdrawal syndrome. Which I have recently learned can take 1-3 years to cure without a single relapse. When I say relapse that means porn or masturbation or orgasm. Maybe even sex without orgasm can keep people in flatlines due to the arousal too. The longest streak I have managed is 15 months without porn, masturbation or sex. I remained in a flatline the entire time and lost hope and relapsed to MO. Thats until I recently came across a couple of guys on reddit who needed 2-3 years pure semen retention to escape the flatline. There’s always a chance that some of us cant recover, but until I go 3 years strict semen retention without relapse I won’t accept that. I currently have a girlfriend, so I’m going to stick with karezza for the time being and try to reach that goal.

Can you guys give me your SHBG-levels? I have taken more than 10 hormone test the last few years and my SHBG is consistently high (average 60 nmol/l and the most recent test was 74!).

The reference ranges for HEALTHY YOUNG MEN are significantly lower than the general population!

This has led me to have normal Total Testosterone but low Free Testosterone. I am waiting to establish contact with a doctor who knows what he/she is doing, because all the doctors so far have not been able or willing to discuss this.

What dose of tadalafil did you try? Have you tried Vardenafil? My situation is rather different, 48, pretty acute ED/PE leading to total lack of confidence with women leading to 10 years of literally not touching a woman. The fact that no woman wanted to touch me in this time made this rather easy :) 2 years nofap, absolutely as you describe, permanent dead dick, no morning woods, etc ... a few months ago i decided fuck this, i need to do somethign about this, nofap did absolutely nothing to address my issues so i decided i was gonna start seeing escorts, i needed to confront my insecurities, i absolutely suck at picking up girls, there are very hot women offering exactly the services i need to "practice" if you like, try and get some confidence so i can think about dating "real" women. Its been a bit shaky at times, but ive had some good experiences and it feels like a damn sight more proactive than nofap monkmode AKA sexual suicide mode. It absolutely did nothing for me except made my PE significantly worse.
Ive been experimenting with pd5 inhibitors, with mixed results. Have an absolute pharmacy in my kitchen draw! Ive noticed a few things 1) different brands of say generic sildenafil seem more effective than others 2) maximum effect for me seems to be 3 - 4 hours after taking it, so maybe try taking it earlier than usual or just pay attention to when it seems most effective.
To be honest, yes its possible you could shake up your medication and find soemthing that works better eg daily tadalafil, but they only treat the symptoms and not the cause, which is anxiety. I absolutely believe this. Worry about ED causes ED, its that simple. The thing you worry about manifests. Stop worrying about it and it will go away. Ah how do you stop worrying about it? Well thats when it gets tricky, but not impossible. Anxiety can be dealt with, there are effective coping mechanisms. If you can eliminate or at least minimise the anxiety, the natural arousal mechanisms, which i believe can never be destroyed, can start to function again and that is essentially my blueprint for overcoming these issues. But im 99% sure the origin of your issue lies between you ears.
Id also say be thankful you have a gal - its a damn sight easier to deal with these issues with a partner. A lot cheaper than my situation!!
    You can fix this :)

I believe you are suffering from PAWS and this can take 1-3 years hard mode to fix without a single relapse. Now six months might not be long enough, so don’t lose hope if you don’t notice anything by the end of the six months. Keep going and read this story for motivation: https://www.reddit.com/r/Semenretention/comments/e6anqd/25_years_my_experience_and_benefits/

My SHBG is around 50 nmol/L. Supplementing with 10mg boron per day , magnesium, avoid over exercising and limiting/avoiding alcohol can all help to lower your levels. What’s your free testosterone level?

I’ve tried max doses of all the drugs and also half doses, but after taking them regularly I started to run into serious side effects, so now I only take half doses at a maximum of 3 times per week, but I’m hoping to drop them in the future. ED drugs aren’t worth it in my opinion. All they do is mask the symptoms and eventually can lead to serious side effects where you have to maybe stop taking them. Did you have ED before quitting porn? Did you go two year without porn, sex or masaturbation without a single relapse? Have you ruled out other issues like low T?

My ED isnt porn related; no, in my 2 years nofap i relapsed maybe 10 times longest streak was about 6 months and i honestly felt no different than i did after 6 days or probably even 6 hours. T levels fine, had 'em checked a while ago.
I just absolutely disagree that the way to sexual health is to abstain 100% from all sexual activity. Its like saying the way to physical health is to abstain from exercise. It is illogical, makes no sense, i think its total BS - this is backed up by the huge number of people on here saying wtf ive been on monk mode for X months/years and ive got no libido, no erections, no morning woods etc...and i think , yeah you decided to implement a total sexual shutdown, and now you say youre not functioning sexually, well, isnt that a surprise...?

If the longest streak you've done is 6 months without relapsing then how can you possibly say that abstinence can't cure your issues if they were brought on from quitting porn. There have been many cases of guys need 1-3 streak with a relapse to porn, masturbation or sex to recover from this. They had absolutely no signs of recovery the whole time and then suddenly snapped out of it. AKA post acute withdrawal syndrome. I've had years of consistent sexual activity and that's not fixed anything. So the use it or lose principal is the only B.S around here...

Well, you went 15 months, no improvement, youre on here saying youve been in a "flatline" for 9 years, there are DOZENS of guys on here saying theyve been on monk mode for months, years, no improvement.
Each to their own, ive very much adopted a "use it or lose it" approach. I see my sexual organs like any other part of my body, it needs regular stimulus to remain healthy. This is logical. It is illogical to say specifically going out of your way to avoid using any part of your body is going to somehow magically make that part of your body radiant with health and strength, i dont believe it. And as i said, there are more than enough examples on here that support my claim that total abstinence does not lead to sexual health.
Anyway, thats just my opinion. I self stimulate in the morning when i feel horny. I edge, mostly to fantasy, ocassionally to soft porn, because i need to work on my PE issues (which deteriorated massively during nofap, dont touch your dick for month on end, what do you expect?) Light M, no O. I see it as a "workout" and i feel my sexual health is better than it has been for years, a million times better than during the nofap dead dick years.
But hey, you guys carry on with your abstinence, its obviously working...right?

6 nmol/l. The reference range is 6.3 to 16. The doctors I have been to have only looked at total testosterone. I ordered the free test by myself. I seriously start to think that this have been a hormonal issue for a very long time.

Did you manage to lower your SHBG by taking boron?

The point is that I gave up too early! Time away from porn is almost irrelevant if you have been relapsing to orgasm whilst flatlining.Take a look at all of the post you reference of guys still being in flatlines 1,3,5 and even ten years later. They all share one thing in common; whilst these guys have successfully quit porn without relapse, most haven’t gone longer than six months without an orgasm. Some have gone more than a year, but most haven’t stuck it out to between the 2-3 year mark (myself included). Its a long painful path, but many have recovered who’ve stuck it out.You should check out the subreddit-semen retention on reddit. Most of the guys on there practise total celibacy and have great sexual health, so the use it or lose it theory can’t be true.

If masking the symptoms with ED drugs suits you then that fine. I’ve done this for many years myself so I don’t judge anyone for this, but I believe doing this will only mask the symptoms and never cure this condition. I just can’t believe that so many of us are incurable, which is why I haven’t lost hope yet. I at least recommend trying karezza (sex without o), which may actually help your P.E by training your brain to not associate sex with O.

Are you sure the reference range is correct? The reference range for SHBG when I did my check was 18-55 nmol/L approximately. I recommend downloading the free ebook- MasterYourT from uzmu.com. In short yes I believe boron helped to lower my SHBG, along with avoiding alcohol. If you do drink keep it moderate. Stay under 0.5g/KG alcohol and it shouldn’t affect your T.

Practice total celebacy but have great sexual health...??
I'm confused. Explain to me how that works...? If they are celebate how do they know if they are sexually healthy?
It's your path, if you honestly think that denying yourself joyful sexual experiences for years and years will "cure" you, and you believe this must be true because hey you "Reddit", well good luck to you.
I don't base such huge life affecting decisions based on "something I read on Reddit" I base them on my experiences and my experience of monk mode that my sexual health was DOA and there was ZERO evidence that was ever gonna change. So I've kick started my sex life, saw a very sexy girl (escort) last Friday who really turned me on, and for the first time in my life I was able to control orgasm and last as long as I wanted. I get hard thinking about the next time I visit her. I'm confronting my sexual insecurities and making huge progress and enjoying some amazing experiences.
Makes me even more convinced that it is only through actual sexual activity that you can improve sexual health.
    Anyway I don't think we're gonna agree.
    Good luck!
