8years of Masturbation, still can't control its triggers

When I was around 12years I used to do an activity in which I used to put my di#k in front of fast running tap water , because it gave me pleasure, And in no time , I introduced myself to masturbation without porn videos or images. I wasn't aware that I got addicted to that.
I continued it till I became 14.Then I realised,I have become so skinny like paper, I tried to get rid of this,I was somewhat successful in doing that because At this age I didn't have mobile with me
Then I started to suffer from Nightfall
Till I reached 17, I was doing masturbation but was not that addict. But as soon as I cleared my 10+2 at 17 age, I got my very first mobile. And without any delay, I became addicted to porn and masturbation. I don't watch porn that much.I do only while doing masturbation. Now It has been 2 years , I am not able to control masturbation, If any random adult thought clicks in my mind, No technique, not any single method can stop me from doing masturbation. Due to masturbation,I have wasted very important years that I couldn't get back
Now I do not want to waste my time and energy in this shit
I want to achieve my goal and masturbation is keeping me very far away from my goal.
Please help me
