Today is the 80 day mark, and I am extremely grateful to have the nofap community get to this milestone. For many years, I didn't think I could quit watching porn and masturbating.

In the past 80 days, I have been able to go on this forum and hear other people's stories and in turn has helped me avoid porn while I go through my recovery.

The initial first 30 days, I felt like a changed man inside and out I had energy for days and I was exercising quite regularly.

While, I was in Mexico I lost my fitbit in the pool, and when I came back home I haven't been able to exercise as much as I should have. The reality of life is that not everything is going to go as well as as you expect it to. When things would go south in my life I would always go back to porn and habitual masturbating and during this nofap journey it has taught me the ability to maintain self control.

I just want to say thanks to everyone in the nofap community who is struggling with this addiction, because you are not alone everyday we say fuck you to porn we become both mentally and physically stronger.

And lastly, trust the process!
