70 days Nofap WAKE UP CALL

Hello guys,I am 21 years old.in 70 days of nofap.I have read a lot of posts during my jorney and have being checking all nofap forums during depression or in a times literally I wanted to jump up the wall so I kept cheking the forums and found a lot of useful information and articles.Everything is true about mood swings and flatline.Everything.Being at stake of 70 days I don’t wanna make a big fuss about it and don’t usually write sth because now I realise it is just a small amount of salt just an inch from the top of development way.I know I am still rebooting but I am as a man my Will has strenghed I had never had sth like this,it is undescribable only person who went through this will have little smile)So I thought to leave the forum and get back prepairing to conquere the world not to be conquered by the world.So as current me dont see any Big issue but THIS IS an Issue.So I recalled all you guys whos articles helped me a lot on my way and true I am much obliged to you guys.so I decided to write sth from myself and my understanding of the situation and my maturing and maybe give you some ideas what to do after 90 days of further.So I could save souls and strengthen the will of the guys who on the journey and get some Karma +.If you just starting mb or failed every now and then leave the post or don’t believe into NoFap skeptic guys just leave it.I am writing to guys who already got it and just killing the time in times of urge.Why am I being so strikt because YOU HAVE TO BE READY for this matured you know.Sceptisim on my facts are welcome but not on nofap

Yeah and you know that it takes 74 days to renew your sperm and another 3 weeks sperm stays in your body and dies or transfers into energy or goes to brain.Thatsway it is 90 days.But keep counting till 90 than just enjoy the life don’t look back believe me you will be another person.90 days is not FULL REBOOT.Who understands knows it take years mb.But fuck it you wont have time to think about it because you will be busy man going for what you like.Real man
