Today I reached a new goal in my life. I never thought of my porn habits as an addiction until now. My first days PMO free was a real struggle. Every night I would have trouble sleeping because I am used to relieving stress with masturbation. I now realize that porn and lust was controlling my life. Today I feel great, I can´t remember last time I went 7 days without sex or masturbation. Already I feel a change. I have a stronger willpower and more confidence. I´m eager to reach my ultimate goal of 90 days. I´m taking control of my own lust!
That is a great realisation. It can be brought under control, but it will take hard work, will power and determination.
