    I found noFap last week, needed to make a change in my life been addicted for over 30 years, tried to quit on my own to many times to count, so i thought what the heck lets give this a try 7 days so far no porn no fapping, damn guys the first 6 days were easy really struggling today hope it gets better soon.

    There will be a mix of easy and difficult days as you go forward. Eventually it gets easier. Part of this is because the difficult days become fewer. You will also probably learn how to handle them better. Keep at it. The end result is worth it.
