7 days challenge ( short 1)

    I am starting my 7 days NoFap challenge from today.
    I have made a short duration challenge so that I can achieve it easily.
    With time I am gonna increase the duration.
    +
    -Meditation
    -Pranayama
    -Vegetarian raw diet
    -3 liters water

    starts - 9 Feb 2022

    update

    -I took nap in the afternoon and I realized that like always it was really hard to stay separated from the sexual thoughts when I was on the bed . But I tried very hard , put my awareness on my breathing . It worked

    - In the evening I was using twitter and I unknowingly opened a post related to porn. That small clip of porn brought two thoughts in my head
    i- Its fine to watch after all it was just an accident & it was on the twitter. But I didn't close the clip instantaneously. Though I had to.
    ii- I realized that these kinds of incidents gives a chance to the brain like a hack.

    I maintained my nofap challenge and stopped that clip soon. And came to this conclusion .
    I'm not gonna use twitter at all. After all twitter is not adding any value in my life.
    I choose my life over compulsions

    Evening

    -Things are going little difficult now
    -I couldn't do Meditation and Pranayama today in the morning that's why feeling little bit H****
    - Still I'm determined about my challenge
    - This forum is really helpful to keep motivated.

    Update

    - Today when I was using internet suddenly a popup came with pornographic content. I just closed the tab as fast as possible. Definitely it was not easy then to stay concentrated becoz of the that specific image from that popup revolving in my head again & again.
    I just started doing the breathing exercise and put my entire focus on my breathing pattern. And I managed to fix that withing 5 mins.
    I think I got the hack !!!!!

    - During my afternoon nap I realized when I was at the "nearly wake up" state at that time my subconscious mind was much more active and trying to compel me to indulge in the inappropriate activity. It actually happens every time whenever I am on the bed. This is really hard to control. I just try to change my awareness towards something boring like maths equation or about the mistakes that I committed in the past. And this is really helpful at some extent. But I have to find something more specific to counter this issue.

    -Challenge is getting difficult with the passing days
    -My face is covered with pimples due to nofap. There was no pimples earlier
    -I can feel that my balls are bigger than earlier and feel so heavy. Store house of my future kids

    UPDATE

    - Today I m feeling little bit different.
    -There is no urge to masturbate
    - Now for the first time in my life I m having the urge to watch porn / erotic pics etc.
    -I thought earlier that the desire to watch porn was under my control but I was wrong. Its more difficult than nofap
    - There is a little pain in my balls becoz of the bigger size due to nofap.
