7 Days and messed up

    I made it 7 days and I messed up, I'm ashamed but I was able to stop after one video. I'm going to keep at this until I beat this. I wanna bet this more than I can breathe, I want my life back...

    It's good that you haven't binged and that your spirit isn't broken. As long as have that you'll find you way. This is a good place to start.
