Day 1 10/10/19 I forgot that i haven’t write the log for yesterday,so here it goes: I resisted the urge to fap, by doing conversations with my friends. And it works!
day 6 check...i feel good and energetic. Stress levels need to be low in order to think clearer and not fall into a relapse due to stress
Day 1' Jogged for 20 minutes. Fruit and venn pongal ( Tamil Food ) for Break fast. Having a 2 liter of Water on my table.
