Just relapsed 3 days in a row now... I’m in. And I’m gonna do it.

 

Day 4/7. Stay positive everyone! Remember: no toxic thoughts! If you catch yourself putting yourself down, telling yourself you're stupid or weak, BREATHE, focus on your breath, and tell yourself: I'm doing the best I can. I can do this. Things will get better. We believe what we tell ourselves.

Day 3/7... Feel better... Just need a little bit sleep now... This afternoon i will do some paperwork and learn to ride motorcycle... Well need things to fill the time

Got a 50 day streak and relapsed.then tried to continue but relapsed again in the 14th day...I am getting into the challenge again to kickstart another streak
