Day 5/7 done. My official counter hit 7 today, so I know I can make that in this challenge too. That's what I'm telling my brain anyway.
Day 0/7: Planning to set up a new routine. Every time i feel an urge, I ll wash my face and drink a glass of ice cold water. Sounds weird. But I find it refreshing which is exactly what i need to break me out of my reverie.
