Day 3 today and its almost over. Was busy the whole day with my project work and was most of the time with my team mates and was very positive today. So no question of urges today. Definitely feeling a flow of positive energy around me and I am more than sure that this is the time that I will break all of my previous records and emerge victorious. But the battle has just begun and I will fight hard! Victory to us!
Well I just pmo'd. Back to day 0 for me. It's tough, but even though I lost this battle, the war isn't over yet. Time for attempt #2, I got a good feeling about this one.
Day 2 complete! Moving into the weekend has always been a challenge, but being able to account for my activity gives me strength. Master of my soul!!
Day 4 done. Good day. Felt actual attraction to someone in real life, which is the first time in 2 years. Crazy. Anyway, the weekend is gonna be a challenge but I'm ready to fight. Bring it. And to my fallen brothers, keep going. You can do it!
Day 4 completed. This was probably my hardest day, had several urges especially right before bed. Luckily I was able to stay focused and push through! I’m over half way done with the challenge!
End of day 5, I decided to start to work out. I am not the type that goes to the gym but there is one in the complex where I live and is free. I figure with all this time on my hands might as well get stronger, (Mentally and physically). FELLOW FAPSTRONAUT any advice on how to exercise properly? any app, or website that might be able to help me?
Hey bud, go online and use bodybuilding.com. Just search for workout routines in google and it will probably come up with results from that website. It’s one of the most well known sites for health and fitness and the routines and advice you’ll find on there is great. Good Luck!
