2.23.2018 - 4/7 More than halfway through this challenge! Today was kinda meh, didn't really do much. Giving up video games & naps during the day to help with the reboot. The Process continues!
day 7. was not even close to hard, but was not easy. i would normally jack off at least twice a day but since i changed that mindset, i didn't struggle. so here is the 7 days summary: - MASSIVE energy boost, i got. i have more energy when it comes to daily stuff and social interactions. - i have much more free time now, which i spend on my hobbies. - sharper mind and improved focus when i'm with people but weaker focus and foggy brain when i'm alone. i can listen to someone for 2 hours straight without getting distracted. - i was always confident and had good relationship with women so not much about this changed. - interestingly enough, i got a booty call from an ex on day 7. but it's probably a coincidence. i sometimes felt down, but didn't even think about M. because i eliminated that option completely in my mind. i will now continue with two weeks challange. to those who struggle to keep up: DO NOT give up. do not block the energy, transform it. @2525
1. Just take cold shower. And meditate for 5-10 min. And don’t try to suppress the urge, think of something funny. Maybe this will help.

Weekends have always been difficult for me. I'm thinking to study rather than going out but I feel like all the world is having fun while I'm still studying. Anyways another day has passed.
Take a cold shower or at least wash your face with cold water. Take 2 glasses of cold water and use Panic Button. Stay strong man. Look, lots of people have changed there life style why dont u do that ?
