[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 4 is in the books! It was a great day spent with friends celebrating the eve of a new year.

 

Just relapsed and am kicking myself. So here I am making myself start this challenge.

 

Hello guys ! I just knew that i've got death grip syndrome. I was clean for 8 days but I relapse and I feel terrible about that , I feel like shit. I will do the challenge and i hope it will help me

I am struggling a little bit with stress i just don’t know how to deal with it but i am mine so far ✌️

 

I'm finished with the 7-Day Challenge. Moving on directly to the 14-Day Challenge.

Day 2 done , feeling good and refreshed in a way I haven't felt in a long long time.

 

Starting also this challange. To be honest, 7 days would be a record me ^^ My "highscore" was 3 days completly without pmo. (My tracker is may not updated)
