[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I had a moment of carelessness and I relapsed on day third.

I want to restart this challenge...

 

Made it to Day 6 but I'm restarting. I'm committed to making it to a week this time. I went from 3 days to 6 and that's progress. I'm going to keep trying.

 

Today was 3. Urges throughout the day but managing to ignore them so far. It's damn hard, though.

 

Question for you, does it have to be PMO, or can it just be PM? I am married and plan on just going PM. But if that works, then I am totally down!

Day 1 has been pretty alright
Thinking about my ex almost made me relapse but I didn't ...will keep pushing forward !

 

3/7 , times binge was so bad had to revert to alcohol for stress relieve... This is so fucked up, i'd rather lean tawords more alcoholism than continue with pmo degrading shit.

Well here i am back to day 1.

 

I don't know how the day counter run but I'm happy on my Day 1 in here.
