Hello guys. Relapsed today.
I really want to change and i hope i complete the challenge.
Day 0

 

Take your time mate. We can do it together. I am going on a 7 days streak minimal.

 

Day 1 of 7 completed. Struggling a little today from some health issues that are causing anxiety and depression and a run in with an abrasive lab tech so a little stressed but am going to focus on trying to be compassionate to myself (as much as I can) and healthy distractions to get through the next few days
