Day 0. Was able to stay away from bad habits due to being busy with school. Still had some thoughts about porn in the afternoon.
OK review yesterday: 1) Workout i dont do. But today i will pushup 2) Lear about 2hours. But i found some study tips which help a lot 3) Eat not healthy but at least i dont skip the meal 4) No PMO done. Tks god! 5) Spend time: i did it So to-do list for today: 1) Pushup: 20 2) Learn 4 hours 3) Eat 1 apple 4) no PMO: i will do everything to stop my addiction 5) Spend time on this forum :vv Day 2/7 here i go!!!

Day 5 here! Same as @TimeToquitFolks, I usually relapse between day 5 and 7... but I'm having a good feeling about this time. Go Fapstronauts!!!
Kept relapsing on this one last week so I went and completed the 3-day challenge. Haven't broken my streak yet but as far as this challenge is concerned, day 1! Game on
