Day 4 of 7. No real temptations, however, a behavior that is usually a precursor warning came up last night. I was listening to innocuous YouTube music into the wee hours of the morning. I need to be more focused about my evenings.
Day 5 of 7. A little better time management yesterday but still not there yet. Didn't exercise as I frittered away valuable time on meaningless stuff. No porn though!! Will set a schedule for my evenings to see if that helps.
4 Days Done Life seems to be getting better as I shift my focus to healthier habits like going to the gym.I feel the emotional imbalance that accompanies withdrawal from watching porn all the time.I know that I must keep going and not give in to the temporary low.
