60 days without porn, but sex in between. And what about masturbation?

    Hey there guys.

I didnt use porn nore had I any desire for it for at least two months. Im also pretty sure that it wont come back. Mainly because I finally had a sexual real life experience that gave me a nice punch in the stomach when failing to prove my thesis of - not having a problem to transfer my hornyniess to a real real woman - .

So when we had sex (like 2 weeks ago) I obviously had problems getting hard enough. I was always like 80% hard or something like that.
I also hated the condom. Anyway, I noticed I was not sensitive enough.

So, I did not cum when being wih her. But when she had left, I was really horny, so I ejaculted (of course without porn or any other images in my head) one time.

So untill now Im already feeling the advantages of not using porn. But since Im either not sure if its necessary to also not masturbate and since this could be pretty tough on a very long term, my questions are:

    1. Do I also have to go hard mode (PMO) or can I release when Im horny as long as I dont do it too often (ust every 3 weeks or so) and dont watch porn?
    2. What about sex with a real woman? It think it would have the same effects as masturbating, ha?
    3. Am I healed when I can get a boner from seeing a hot chick with a nice round ass in tight jeans or when I have a 100% erection when having sex with a real women?

    1. It's completely up to you. In the past I allowed myself to masturbate without porn, but then I started doing it too much so I went back to no PM.
    2. I don't think that it is the same effect. Unless you are fantasizing about other things, for me, sex with someone you can connect with is healing.
    3. Depends on your definition of healing. I think the healing process is both physical and mental, so aside from erections, developing a healthy viewpoint on sex and women is important.

Porn offers you jack shit. Quitting porn gives you amazing benefits. You are giving up nothing by giving up porn. Infact, youre ridding yourself of a disease. Rejoice in the fact.

Do what ever takes your fancy, just dont do porn my guy. As i said, it is a disease.
