60 days no masturbation

    It's been 60 days without masturbation and I'm getting hang of it now. Still I have the urges, but it's manageable. I feel better so much better. I'm glad that I was involved with nofap.

    OK, the tip is to avoid masturbation is to own your mind. Have some spiritual in your life because that can be helpful.
