Hello all! I am reporting on day 36/60. Feeling good so far. I keep working on the following list of things, that have proved to be helpful: 1) study regularly about rebooting, reading the forum and sharing with others; 2) spending time on things that make me feel happier and remove or reduce things that make me feel frustrated, as much as I can. 3) focus my efforts on my thoughts. If I can control what it is in my mind, everything will be just fine.. so keep my mind busy with good things. I wish the best for you all in this fight!
