Day 9/60 Despite being rather sleep-deprived for a good portion of the day, urges were mild. Not a flatline (I wish it were, honestly) but nothing too heavy either. Time for sleep.
Today is 59 out of 60 and we are done headed to the 90-day challenge and then to the hundred and twenty eight challenge of being a wife or doing this together one more day fellas 60 and I'm out of here
8/60 Today I was at church after church I was cooking, listened to some news. At night did some school work. Going to bed now.
Today is day 60 this challenge is over it's been beat not beaten pmo free furthermore it can be done you just have to put in your head that is you that puts out (pmo) forest fires not that stupid bear. There's only one person responsible for your actions and that's you and remember your penis is 1% of your overall body yeah you let it control 99% of the other parts of you who should be making those decisions
