Day 15, urges still coming but am still fighting

 

I am right there with you I am on day 31 and I was hoping that this will get easier as time goes on but it seems like these urges are insane

 

I have a question you're a female are the urges as bad for you as a bar for males me and my wife are both going through this we've been married 33 years she's never really likes sex as much as I have but what can I expect when she's having withdrawals if you can answer that that would be awesome if not I understand

Hi! I guess it depends on age. In general females experience less strong urges than males because we have less testosterone than males and testosterone is the bigger responsible of sex desire, but it also depends on the day of the month and the age of the female because the desire responds to a biological instinct of reproduction in the ovulation (my hardest time every month) and if the female is between 13-40 years old because that's the reproductive age lap for us. Of course the desire could be present at an older age or in other moments of the month but I think it's easier to manage perhaps she doesn't likes sex because being trapped in PMO and perhaps when you both reboot you can have more pleasuring times together.
