53 year old newbie

    Australian-based newbie here. Retired professional who at the end of the break-up of a relationship, has found myself with dependency on porn addiction / alcohol dependency. I feel that both go together to escape reality. I am very focused on receiving other professional support as well as mindfulness / meditation practices.
