Day 0. I have a long road ahead but 500 days is the minimum time I would like for abstinence in order to complete a full reset for my brain body and mind.
Have done a 200+ days streak before in early 2021, but ended up spiralling back to watching pornography. Coming back here to sign up for an audacious 500 day challenge. Here we go. Day 2!
