In my third try in I have been feeling a lot better every time in not watching porn. I did have a couple of times where I almost caved and glad I didn't. It helps talking to people to help with the crave and I decided that to help keep the crave down I may do M w/o p like every two weeks if needed as a way to keep everything in check also but I feel awesome about me being able to kick porn. When I feel the need for P I will then break away from the M and go from there
