46 Years Old - 90 days reboot results.

    Hello my fellow fapstronauts ,
    Im 46 years old man fighting my pmo addiction since I was 20 years old.
    I have 26 years of addiction , I used to fap 2-3 times everyday for almost 2 decades. Hence, I developed ED , PE and PIED.
    I did 90 day reboot hard mode and I did not even had sex with my wife,
    here the results-

    - Im having 100 % morning wood. I went through flatline of about 3 weeks.
    - Now I can get 100 % by stimulating my penis whether my stimulation or my wife's stimualtion.

    - I can get around 20 - 30 % erections just by thinking about sex or looking at a woman but Im yet to get 100 % erection .

    - 90 days ago I could not get erection by anything, porn, stimuatlion nothing worked and now I can get partial - erection just by thinking about sex , I can't believe this. This is amazing,

    - So guys should I abstain from sex with my wife unless Im able to get 100 % erections just by thinking or should I resume sex now?

    I want to thank my wife aswell, for being so supportive with me :)

    Your story is so inspiring,
    I am now even more motivated to do 90 days,
    I would suggest to abstain from sex unless you get complete erection by thinking or looking at a woman since you have started getting 20-30 % erections by thinking or looking so I think it's just a matter of time before you start getting 100 % erections,
    I'm also waiting to gwt 100 % erections just by thinking and i will consider myself healed and can start sex when i can get fully erect just by seeing a woman or thinking about sex.

    Oh man . stories like yours just want to make me fight and fight until I get to Day 90.

    It really hits home why we are all doing this and I want to thank you for sharing..

    If you have fought to get this far just keep going with it… You obliviously are very lucky to have such a support wife so I’m sure she will understand why you need to push on.

    It will only benefit your relationship in the long run…

    I would sleep with her, I think your relationship will benefit from this intimacy.
