    hi!! seems we got a lot in common, today I relapsed but I dont feel so bad I was able to get to day 17 so Im gonna do this I know
    you can also do this.....my initial goal is 40 days I got almost half way there 2 times so I must be doing something right well its day 0 for me too so LETS DO THIS!!! here we go again this time IM STRONGER !!! EVERYTIME I FALL IN THE HOLE I COME OUT STRONGER!!!

    Good to hear from you! I'm glad you got throught that urge.... 6 months is amazing ;)
    I'm doing well , I'm at DAY 6 and building day by day . I know the urges will come but I want to learn from the last relapse and get past DAY 21 again....
