Welp, turns out yesterday was a triple setback(which at this point, could be called a relapse already). Worst relapse I've ever had(or that I remember). Relapsed today too, which sucks. Gotta try to make this at least an improvement over yesterday and not relapse twice(or gods forbid, thrice) in a row. Gotta sleep early and go back to studying if I want to gtfo of this cycle asap.

 

39 day of my streak is completed today well I'm bit lazy due to which I'm becoming fat and have problem in sleeping i lost 10 kg when i was 16 yrs old with exercise but due to studies in these 2 yrs has increased i gain the fat again and become the same person what i was so today i started skipping due to skipping and cycling i lost 10 kg earlier so started today feeling a lot better when u exercise it feels so good I'm extremely happy and have a good mood i just want to say a happy mind is in happy body so keep your body healthy and wake up early which i dont do but after exams i will and do a lot of exercise marching towards day 90 39 mission over 40 th started

 

Today 40 days of my streak is over well 40 days are lot but its only half path towards day 90 hope keep going like this exercise help me a lot today marching towards day 90 40 mission over 41 started

Well, this day started without any major urges, although I did feel my brainpower decrease after the five day relapse chain. Yeah, that was very stupid of me. Changed how I started my day and hopefully the relapse chain comes to an end. Wish me luck

Well, I got through yesterday without relapsing. Seems like my relapse chain-combo has ended, although I still have to keep my guard up just in case.
