Day 4 Much much better than yesterday: Today I ran faster than usual and I feel a lot better. Also, I'm still practicing a new song in the guitar which is taking shape. Regarding the urges and the struggle, yeah, as always I've been getting urges but they can be handled. Sometimes it can be hard because of images that pop in your life wether it is in a movie, in the TV, in a music video or whatever, so the trick is to stay strong and motivated. I also felt with a lot of energy throughout the day energy for the body and also positive energy, I was talking a lot and being casual not caring a lot. So, to resume, today was a good day.
