3rd attempt in a year - severe PIED

Hello friends! As the title of this posts states, this is my 3rd attempt to get over this horrible "disease". I have PIED (again). This is my third attempt at a reboot. My previous two were 90 days and 75 days of no PM. I was cured both times but fell back into the dark world of porn and excessive masturbation. Now i find myself back in a severe flatline, PIED and with a flaccid, shrunk penis. I am 14 days into this reboot and depressed (again). Wish me luck!!

By cured I mean I was able to get an erection and perform sexual intercourse. I probably had sex twice or three times a week. Both of my reboots started off because of severe PIED, just like this time and both times I started seeing improvements (soft erections, penis was no longer completely) at the 25 day mark. I think i had sex for the first time at the 40 day mark and it was great but i still had not been cured. It took me a week or so to get a good erection after which i started having sex regularly. During both my reboots I was in a flatline about 90% of the time. There were days here and there where my libido was higher but they were far and few in between. And even tho i was able to get erect everytime I had sex, I still would be worried mentally prior to intercourse.

What I have learned from the last two times is that this "90 day" thing (or any number of days for that matter) does not work for me. Yes, it is good if you need a goal to get yourself to go thru with noFap but otherwise for me, the way my brain works after 90 days I felt like I achieved my goal, was cured and fell right back into the terrible world of porn.
This time Im going for 365 days of no PM. On day 365 renew the goal for another 365 days.
