The idea is simple - No Smoking, vaping, patches gum etc for 3 days. The idea is to be completely nicotine free since this is what the addiction is to. Vaping without nicotine is OK. 2. From the minute you stop smoking you can start counting and your first day is Day 1! 3. Full 24 hour days should be counted, so remember the time of day you quit and count 3 days from there. 4. If you take even one puff then reset to day 0, but don't give UP!! keep going until you complete 3 days. 5. Once I reach 3 days, I'll create a 7NONIC challenge, and then 14, 21, 30, 60, 90, 180 and finally 365. Whos in???? Im already on Day 1 Come join me bros!!! Yours, Test!
