39 y/o newbie here

i'm excited to join the community and start a 90-day reboot. i've known about this community from the periphery for a while, but never jumped in like i am now.

i'm 39 y/o male, working/professional, using porn since ~14 or so. for last couple decades i suppose it's been an on-again-off-again problem and issue for me. reading the content on this page & reddit really resonates w/ me, and it's very obvious i have a problem and need to address it...

i'm currently engaged. my porn definitely negatively affects the relationship and intimacy w/ my fiancee. it has negatively affected other areas of my life over the years.

i'm starting a 90-day reboot (as of 12/27/17). no porn or masturbation for me. i'm also committed to posting once a day in the community, which i want to be accountable to. i know i've had terrible lack of control/willpower on this issue, so i'm wanting to commit to rules/routines to give myself as good a shot as possible. 90-days seems like a very high goal right out of the gate.
