37yo hooked on sex chats

Hi, I'm a 37 year-old guy from Spain. I have a problem with sex chats. I've tried to quit on my own reading books (Your Brain on Porn, The Porn Trap, and Breaking the Circle) but I can't. That's why I've joined NoFab. The books helped me realized I had a huge problem that prevented me to have real intimacy with women, but also that the problem could be overcome. I want to reboot. Every time I've spend a few days (between 10 and 20) without that shit, I've felt better and stronger. But somehow, when I feel tired or lonely, I tend to relapse. I want to quit for good.
